Liz Kirk 843.997.7030
Liz Kirk was born and raised in a small town in southern Virginia and moved to the Philadelphia area where she spent her early adult years and raised her family. She’s always had somewhat of an entrepreneurial spirit and got her real estate license when she was 30 years old and while her children were still young. (She has two married daughters (one is even a realtor!) and 6 adorable grandchildren.) In between selling real estate, she owned a gourmet cheese shop and also a garden design business, since gardening is a passion of hers. When she moved to Myrtle Beach, 15 years ago, she had a short stint selling timeshares at Marriott‘s Ocean Watch Resort, which was a great experience and it was a beautiful resort to work at. Real estate has always been in her blood! In addition to listing and selling real estate over the years, she and her husband also renovated and “flipped“ four homes on the eastern shore of Maryland. Currently, she loves living in the Market Common area of Myrtle Beach, where she can walk to restaurants, the movies, Barnes and Noble, Crabtree Gym, and even the beach. Life is good and Myrtle Beach Real Estate certainly keeps things interesting!
