Myrtle Beach area native, Wendy knows the characteristics and unique features of all neighborhoods and condos along the coast and inland. She grew up in the historic city of Conway- which is just miles from the beach. She attended Coastal Carolina University and The University of South Carolina where she obtained a degree in English Education and a Masters in Administration. Wendy worked an English teacher and an administrator in the local school district and has been working as a real estate consultant for the past six years. Her desire is to find the ideal property and match for clients - whether it is a primary home in a rural area with hundreds of acres or an oceanfront condo the buyer has or will never see- but will use only as an investment.
After experiencing corporate relocations and home purchases that took her over 3000 miles from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Washington state and additional relocations to Tennessee and back home to Myrtle Beach, she personally know the challenges associated with of finding the perfect home in a limited amount of time. Her knowledge of local schools; communities; and service providers has proven to help her clients to transition smoothly and eagerly call Myrtle Beach “HOME”.
