Kim Davis

Kim grew up in Barnwell, SC where many of her favorite pasttimes such as playing golf, horseback riding, and enjoying the outdoors still are sources of enjoyment in Myrtle Beach where she has resided for nearly 15 years. Kim has two sons , Jenkins and Mick, who attended Carolina Forest Schools.

Prior to her successful career in real estate, she was an English teacher. After settling into this career very quickly, she became the top sales agent at Carolina Forest Real Estate. She has helped hundreds of happy clients find their perfect home in Carolina Forest and the surrounding areas over the past ten years. Kim's love for people and drive to help everyone achieve the dream of home ownership drives her to reach as many people each day as possible.
