Danny Baxley
Myrtle Beach area Danny grew up on a family farm in Conway and spent his childhood summers in Surfside Beach. After graduating from the College of Charleston, he moved to Washington DC to work on his masters in Accounting at Georgetown University. Upon returning to Myrtle Beach, he purchased a Hotel and has spent the last 10 years directly involved in the day-to-day activities of the hospitality industry. His family has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 44 years. They operated one of the longest- running Motels on Ocean Boulevard while at the same time running two local golf courses.
Danny's experiences growing up, living and working in the community have prepared him with a first-hand knowledge of the Myrtle Beach Homes and Condos- the Ocean Front community. He is well aware of and has a complete understanding of the entire Grand Strand Ocean Front from Little River to Pawley's Island. With an extended insight of the inland area from the Intracoastal Waterway through Conway and Aynor, he will help you find that special Ocean Front condo in Myrtle Beach with that "to die for" panoramic view of the spectacular Atlantic Ocean. Perhaps you have seen pictures of hundred year old oaks and wanted to own a home in the Conway area where time runs at a slower pace. Danny knows how to help you. Without a doubt this area is Danny's life, he has traveled the county from the dirt roads of Jordan Lake and the Little Pee Dee River, Jet Skiing the Waccamaw River and Deep Sea Fishing in the Atlantic Ocean. With his area knowledge, his working background and a family that has been part of the community for many years, Danny brings an endless knowledge that is matched by no one, to assist you in every facet of your search for that perfect property.
